Shipping Policy for ArrowForge Archery
At ArrowForge Archery, we are committed to getting your order shipped quickly, securely, and accurately. Please review the following shipping terms before placing your order.
Order Processing
- Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.
- Custom-built items, special orders, bow setups, arrows, or personalized products may require additional processing time.
- Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
- During high-volume sales, holidays, or hunting season, processing times may be extended.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We currently ship through major carriers such as:
- USPS
- UPS
- FedEx
Estimated delivery times vary depending on the carrier selected and destination.
Estimated Shipping Times
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days (if available)
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by weather, carrier delays, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:
- Package weight
- Product dimensions
- Shipping destination
- Selected shipping method
Occasionally, promotional free shipping offers may apply to qualifying orders.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS notification with tracking information.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear after shipment.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
If an order is returned due to:
- Incorrect address
- Undeliverable address
- Refused delivery
The customer may be responsible for:
- Additional shipping charges
- Reshipping fees
ArrowForge Archery is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrectly entered addresses.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery responsibility belongs to the carrier.
If your package is:
- Lost
- Stolen
- Damaged in transit
Please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. We will assist when possible.
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damage
- Photos of packaging
Restricted Items
Certain products may be restricted in some states or local jurisdictions. It is the customer’s responsibility to know and comply with local laws regarding archery equipment and hunting accessories.
In-Store Pickup
Local customers may select In-Store Pickup when available.
Customers will be notified when orders are ready for pickup.
Please bring:
- A valid photo ID
- Order confirmation
Delayed or Split Shipments
Some orders may ship separately depending on inventory availability or supplier fulfillment timelines.
If an item is backordered or delayed, we will notify you as soon as possible.
